Kemsley LLP is a firm of property consultants and Chartered Surveyors, operating from five offices across Essex, London and Hertfordshire, where we have been offering unrivalled market intelligence and proving first class property advice for over 200 years.

We are currently looking for an Audio Typist/ Receptionist to assist the Professional and Commercial Agency Teams and will be based at our Chelmsford office.

The role is being offered with 22.5 hours per week. Salary £12.00 per hour.


The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a professional services environment and possess excellent typing and communication skills.

The role involves providing administrative and secretarial support to the teams, including document preparation, data entry, and diary management.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails on behalf of the team.
Typing, formatting, and proofreading documents, including letters, reports, and sales brochures.
Managing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other external contacts.
Assisting with general office duties

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
Audio Typing experience - essential
Excellent typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


This role would suit someone who has initiative and is able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
