This positions is first shift, start time is 4am.
Summary: Responsible for coordinating and verification of ingredients to ensure accurate processing of divisional manufacturing ingredients; during their designated shift. May be required to perform Prep, Prep 1 and/or Prep 2 responsibilities. In event of absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for inventory accuracy within the department.Responsible for prepped recipe ingredient verification.Responsible for ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue.Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed, and ensure integrity of all ingredients throughout the manufacturing process.Ensure the accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials.Education and/or Experience:
Six Months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and trainingWe offer:
