The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Designer to join our high-growth brand. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to create beautiful design systems that elevate our brand across various channels. This individual will play a critical role in developing multidisciplinary design strategies and creating visually stunning paid ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials. Additionally, the Senior Designer will collaborate with freelancers and external partners and may assist with photo and video shoots as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of design systems that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for paid ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Provide strategic input and guidance on design decisions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Work collaboratively with freelancers and external agencies to augment design capabilities and execute creative projects on time and within budget.
  • Assist with photo and video shoots as needed, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a design role, with a focus on digital marketing and brand development, in a fast-paced and high-growth agency or D2C environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles, with an emphasis on creating cohesive design systems.
  • Proven track record of crafting compelling designs with meticulous attention to detail for paid ads, website landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with freelancers, external agencies, and other partners to execute creative projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
