PSM Engineer

As our PSM Engineer- Providing process engineering support for continuous improvement project focused on improving quality, productivity, and cost.
- Supporting economic and technical evaluation of multiple solutions and prepare all process information for safety reviews.
- Maintaining the accuracy of process information (P&ID's, PFD's, material balances, SOP's, process descriptions, etc.)
- Supporting PSV revalidations and maintaining PSV records. You will also support Environmental / Regulatory permit calculations.
- Providing day to day support to operations in troubleshooting and optimizing production processes.
- Leading and participating in PSM/RMP and EHS audits, and PHA revalidations.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical Engineering preferred)
- 7 years previous experience in a PSM covered facility
- Good communication skills at all levels of the organization
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Previous experience with sizing and maintaining pressure safety devices
- Knowledge of SAP, Word, and Excel
- Overall knowledge of the operation and maintenance of process equipment typically found in a chemical plant
