Salary: $20 - $25 Hour

Fargo, North Dakota Apartment Complex is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Apartment Groundskeeper. As the Groundskeeper you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of the Property. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning of the property, including picking up garbage and debris.
  • Maintain the landscape by mowing, trimming, and edging grass.
  • Remove snow using a snowblower and apply salt to walkways and parking areas during winter months.
  • Upkeep trees and shrubs, including pruning and watering as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and storage areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager.
  • Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned.
