SUMMARY
The Quality Management Systems Administrator is responsible for working with users, stakeholders, other administrators, and Management to drive continuous improvement in the effective use and adoption of the company's Quality related systems. Responsibilities include configuration, customization, troubleshooting, onboarding activities and general support across all business users. As a functional expert in our quality control and related software, the Quality Management Systems Administrator will leverage our systems existing functionality to enable adherence of best in practice quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily administration support for Quality Management Systems including user administration, profiles and roles, and platform customization
- Provides support to users of the application, such as reporting and troubleshooting common issues
- Provide recommendations for application improvements, utilizing knowledge of best practices and data management
- Keep up to date on new apps, features and functionality
- Facilitate or participate in testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements.
- Prepare materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to support new or updated systems and applications
- Manage existing system dashboards and reports, as well as support ad hoc requests
- Work with project and change managers as needed for projects related to Quality Management Systems.
- Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, training and help related material for users
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a Salesforce administrator, two years preferred
- administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and developer certifications preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
- Up-to-date Lightning certifications for Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
- Experience working with a managed package
- Strong background in best security practices
- Understanding of Kanban style development
- Strong data management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
