We are seeking a qualified surgeon for a position at The Orthopedic Institute. The ideal candidate should have:

A valid medical license in good standingBoard certification in OrthopedicsFellowship training in Orthopedic Spine SurgeryStrong patient-centered practice philosophyGreat opportunity for experienced spine surgeons to enter an underserved market with two busy interventional pain physicians in the same practiceExpected schedule of 2-2.5 OR days and 2.5-3 days in the office per weekIncentive/Benefits Package:

The Orthopedic Institute is a prominent private orthopedic group in Florida, with 47 physicians across more than 10 offices. TOI is actively recruiting to meet the substantial demand for spine surgery in the Ocala Market.

The primary focus for this position will be an elective Spine practice, with a strong patient base in a rapidly growing area.

You'll benefit from a robust infrastructure and support, fostering a highly collaborative culture. The practice boasts state-of-the-art MRI facilities, physical therapy services, and plans to establish an outpatient surgery center.

With easy access to major international airports and numerous outdoor attractions, Ocala offers scenic lakes and expansive horse ranches.
