Duties

As a Training Instructor, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties:

  • Teaching/Facilitating graduate level executive, management, and supervisory courses, utilizing both formal classroom and virtual technology methods.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to personnel on a variety of executive, management, and supervisory educational, training, and instructional issues and activities.
  • Serving as technical expert and providing guidance in broad and complex subject areas that are dynamic in nature.
  • Administering and scoring criterion tests, examinations, and surveys.
