The Job:
Join the SONIC Drive-In team as a Crew Member where you'll have the chance to work in areas like Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard. Your main goal is to ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional SuperSONIC experience by:
- Creating and preparing delicious menu items
- Challenging yourself to surpass your previous achievements every time
- Being proactive and ready for action at any moment
- Maintaining open communication with your team to keep everyone motivated
- Using your menu knowledge to assist customers in exploring all the customizable options
- Adhering to SONIC's safety and sanitation guidelines
What You'll Need:
- A positive and infectious attitude
- The ability to stay calm, especially in challenging situations
- A resilient spirit, understanding that mistakes happen and being able to bounce back
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills
- The capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A team-player mindset and readiness to assist wherever necessary
- Strong communication skills, along with basic math and reading abilities
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
You can look forward to earning a competitive hourly wage between $12 and $14.
