Your Role at Sephora: As a Licensed Beauty Advisor, you'll guide clients on their beauty journey, creating memorable experiences. If you are passionate about beauty, enjoy working with clients, and hold a valid license to offer beauty services, then this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty objectives and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Perform Beauty Services: Deliver tailored beauty services such as makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing. Make sure your license is up to date and comply with health and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrate Product Application: Exhibit your skills in makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients. Manage appointments and rescheduling of beauty services effectively.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in sales events and promotions, enhancing customer participation and contributing to the store's sales targets.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • 1-3 years' previous experience in retail sales or services.
  • A License to provide paid services as mandated by the state.
  • Knowledge of popular beauty products.
  • Passion for customer service and sales.
  • Effective communication abilities, adept at multitasking.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Flexible availability to work during busy retail hours.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

$ $25.05/hr. The actual hourly wage offered is dependent on various factors, such as qualifications for the role and relevant experience, as well as other valid, non-discriminatory business considerations specific to the role or location.
Sephora now offers a Flex (on-demand) role for employees who can commit to shifts ranging from 0-19 hours per week. This flexibility enables you to manage your work timetable alongside other obligations. It can serve as a gateway to a more permanent position if you seek advancement in the future.
