OCalc Pro is used by T&D Engineering as a drafting and estimating tool. This is a product from Osmose.

Support scope includes Product support to ensure the estimators are able to do their job effectively. This includes training and user support on using the tool.

Osmose vendor interactions for product bugs.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Supporting the existing project enhancements managing the tickets. OCalc Lead Developer.

At least 8+ years of OCalc experience

Supporting the project and solving tickets (monthly count is 150 to 200 tickets). Includes the current infra and product support IT tickets.

Support scope includes Product support to ensure the estimators are able to do their job effectively. This includes training and user support on using the tool.

Osmose vendor interactions for product bugs.

Excellent communication skills.
