Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) at Iron Mountain is dedicated to providing data center owners with maximally efficient and secure hardware decommissioning and destruction services. The Warehouse Technician is responsible for general activities within operations including, but not limited to, unloading and loading trailers, moving and weighing assets, and sorting and disassembling assets.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Unload and load trailers
  • Move and weigh assets
  • Sort and disassemble assets
  • Safely operate tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Ensure security and customer brand protection

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies:

  • English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of internet and data entry
  • Basic knowledge of computer related equipment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
  • Ability to climb a stepladder regularly
  • Ability to stoop, crouch, kneel, push, and pull regularly
