The Minot Minotauros are looking for a high energy client serivce focused individual to serve as our Hospitality Coordinator during home games.
The right candidate will be comfortable interacting with the public as well as capable of managing details of multiple groups/parties at once.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a high energy person who values good customer service.
They will be able to handle three to four hours on their feet often times needing to go up and down stairs, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
They should be available to work most Friday and Saturday nights through the hockey season as well as additional office hours for planning.
What the Hospitality Coordinator can Expect from the Minotauros
The Minotauros will work with the Hospitality Coordinator to develop their skills to take the next step in their career.
Our team is collaborative in nature and you will be given the opportunity to seek the projects that will help you achieve their ultimate career goals.
You should expect to be treated as valued members of the team and encouraged to share opinions and ideas openly.
Pay will be hourly with the possibility of bonuses.
