SUMMARY: The Video Producer is responsible for all aspects of creating and producing video content for Patriots digital-first long-form and branded video content, from concept ideation through final editing. The Video Producer will create and execute video content ideas to engage, inform, entertain, and acquire fans. This role will create assets with a focus on digital-first long-form and branded content that impacts multiple departments including marketing, community relations, public relations, fan engagement and sponsorship. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Create and produce episodic, documentary style video content of various types and styles for marketing, promotion, broadcast, and in-stadium purposes, as needed, customizing videos for target audience and platform.
  2. Develop and pitch content ideas for new and existing programs. This includes brainstorming with social media and public relations teams on video content ideas and collaboration with the content team on the development and design of social and digital series and tentpole events.
  3. Storyboard and execute creative concepts including script writing, prop acquisition, crewing, and other production needs.
  4. Participate in all phases of production and provide creative direction for said programming, including, writing, pacing, tone, musical direction, on-brand visuals, look and overall visual feel to drive the story.
  5. Shoot, produce, and edit all forms of video content to include but not limited to segments, player interviews, events, and games.
  6. Manipulate essential graphics and build creative elements using motion graphics and templates.
  7. Assist with archival, logging and organization of footage.
  8. Research, manage, and stay up to date on current production equipment and innovation.
  9. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  10. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee staff assigned to your projects
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in television, film, media, sports broadcasting, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in video production in a professional environment, preferably in the Sports & Entertainment Industry
  • Possess a portfolio of relevant work experience
  • Interest in social media video trends, skills and aesthetics and experience designing for mobile
  • Must be proficient in digital video editing techniques and systems, including the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
  • Exemplary storytelling ability
  • Proficient in audio editing, music editing, mixing, and mastering
  • Proficient camera operator, setup of lighting, use of audio recording and monitoring equipment and video ingest and logging process, transcoding and various video codecs, formats, and standards.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize and address multiple projects with varying timelines, including tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Understanding of NFL rules, history, gameplay, players etc.
  • Passion for the intersection of sports and pop culture a plus
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds over head (camera equipment)
