We are seeking a friendly, organized, qualified professional with General Motors experience.
Automotive Parts Counterperson Qualifications:
- Dealership Experience Preferred.
- General Motors experience preferred. Will train the right person
- Strong work ethic and attendance.
- Able to work rotating Saturday's.
- Current Driver's License.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to start ASAP preferred
- Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance a MUST
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
Automotive Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
- Complete special order part request for customer's and service personnel.
- Communicate with customers on parts status.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
