Summary

You will serve as an IT Specialist (CUSTSPT/NETWORK) in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.



Duties
  • You will support the day-to-day technical aspects of the Field IT/CS Support workgroup to include IT Services' Management Requests' assignment, Desktop/Cyber technical response, Cyber Incident Response and Disaster Recovery/Restoration.
  • You will research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problem areas and customer support requirements and initiatives to ensure compliant, state- of-the-art IT solution results.
  • You will perform Security, Test and Evaluation processing for all new Electronic Classrooms (ECR) IT hardware and software integration efforts.
  • You will implement design and planning for network infrastructure integrations and upgrades.
