About the RoleThe Camp Counselor at Chesterbrook Academy plays a crucial role in our summer day-to-day operations. You will supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, crafts, and snacks—building connections and becoming a valued member of our school community. This position is also responsible for ensuring a safe and enriching learning environment for all students during camp activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance student experience
  • Ensure the safe supervision and care of students

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • Previous experience working with children is a plus
