Our client, First State Bank of Cando, located in Cando, North Dakota, has a career opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on individual as a SENIOR LOAN OFFICER.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business for the bank, managing relationships with clients, establishing and maintaining connections within the community, and handling consumer and commercial loan accounts.

This skilled professional will also be responsible for managing senior-level bank personnel while reporting directly to the bank President. There are tremendous opportunities for advancement in this role.

Qualifications include 10 years of work experience with 5+ years in the banking industry.

The ideal candidate would possess knowledge of lending concepts, practices and procedures and the ability to utilize their expertise to develop relationships and manage business with customers in the agriculture/ag production industry.

Experience managing a team of higher level professionals is required. In addition, they will need to work well independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
