All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for an Experienced Metal Buyer for a Recycling Scrap Metal Company in the Tualatin area.


We are seeking a candidate that can distinguished and categorized Ferrous and Non Ferrous of scrap metals (Metal Knowledge) and has Forklift experience with basic Computer skills.


This position is mainly distinguishing and categorizing the different types of scrap metals and entering data into computer system including purchases and sales.


Assist the Metals Program Manager in the purchase and process of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, move product or materials in and out of the warehouse using forklift and/or front-end loader.

Load and unload designated trailers and/or trucks. Examine, select, and purchase material at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements and other factors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must distinguished and categorized the different types of scrap metals
  • Must have Forklift Experience
  • Must have Basic Computer Skills

SCHEDULE AND PAY:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Pay $19HR
