In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own definition, development, and implementation of processes to support external customer needs.
- Provide detailed engineering analysis and documentation that utilizes appropriate statistical methods and process flows (e.g. Process Capability, Methods and Standard Work).
- Create Stakeholder alignment through effective, succinct communication of complex data to drive critical actions.
- Other duties, as assigned.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in biology, (Bio)Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Engineering required.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working in high tech or biotech company.
- Manage an action plan to drive on-time completion of tasks to deliver new functionality.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- PSP, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or similar problem-solving methodology experience,
biotechnology manufacturing, or engineering experience preferred.
- CRISPR, NGS, qPCR and other biological method experience preferred.
- Experience with laboratory automation and analytical methods preferred.
