In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own definition, development, and implementation of processes to support external customer needs.
  • Provide detailed engineering analysis and documentation that utilizes appropriate statistical methods and process flows (e.g. Process Capability, Methods and Standard Work).
  • Create Stakeholder alignment through effective, succinct communication of complex data to drive critical actions.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in biology, (Bio)Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working in high tech or biotech company.
  • Manage an action plan to drive on-time completion of tasks to deliver new functionality.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • PSP, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or similar problem-solving methodology experience,

biotechnology manufacturing, or engineering experience preferred.

  • CRISPR, NGS, qPCR and other biological method experience preferred.
  • Experience with laboratory automation and analytical methods preferred.
