Our NEW Medical Acute Care Unit (H3O3) just opened in October and features 22 individual rooms across 2 hallways designed to care for adult patients requiring acute medical intervention. H3O3 tends to see patients suffering from various respiratory conditions including pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, and lung transplant patients. This is an exciting team to build a new team together

  • Premier PRN attributes:
  • Status: Casual/On Call FTE) - Non-benefitted
  • Flat Rate + applicable shift differentials
  • Must work 72 hours in a 6-week schedule (averages to 12 hours per week, but can flex to unit needs)
    • 24 hours must be worked on the weekends
    • Must work 1 summer & 1 winter holiday
  • No maximum threshold for number of hours worked during 6 week schedule
    • Eligible for OT if > 40 hours worked per week
    • Eligible for High Needs shifts after scheduled for minimum hours requirement per schedule (72)

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in nursing
  • Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
  • Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire
