The Staff Nurse Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in coordinating and delivering patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, following the highest standards of care. Additionally, they provide essential patient and family education.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree (BSN). RNs with an Associates (ASN) degree must complete a BSN within 2 years.
- Certification and Licensing: Hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse License, and possess BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification.
- Experience: At least two years of acute care nursing experience, with a preference for step down services.
