We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Pharmacy is located at 1200 S. Willow Ave, Cookeville, TN

Schedule is Saturday 10am-2pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
  • Provides information to customers about medications and their use
  • Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
  • Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
  • Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required qualifications:

  • Fully Credentialed Pharmacist in TN
  • Certified to Immunize

Preferred qualifications:

  • Long Acting Injection Administration
