Up to a $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Progressive Physical Therapy Specialists is taking the physical therapy industry by storm with our cutting-edge career development options, including providing career pathways, manual therapy certifications, and unlimited continuing education.

What We Offer Our Full-Time Physical Therapists:

  • Salary $81,000 to $100,000
  • We grant all of our full-time Physical Therapist Confluent Health stock options Ask me about it.
  • Competitive salaries based on experience and specialty certifications.
  • Looking to grow in your orthopedics career while earning advanced certifications? Our total incentive and development package totals $30,000.
    • $15,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who already hold an orthopedic or sports board certification.
    • $8,000 sign-on bonus for clinical professionals
    • $5,000 additional bonus for the completion of a residency or manual therapy certification
    • $15,000 towards an orthopedic residency program with Evidence In Motion
