General Summary
Teach multiple sections of the College's business communication courses during fall and spring semesters.
Major Duties
Teach multiple sections of the College's business communication courses during fall and spring semesters.
Actively serve on department, college, and university committees.
Appropriately maintain AACSB qualification credentials.
Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in professional writing, rhetoric, technical communication, written and/or oral communication, business administration, or another appropriate field, from an accredited institution.

Experience teaching college oral and written communication and/or related industry experience.
Teach primarily in-person on the WMU campus in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with technology-mediated and multimodal communication techniques.
Experience with experiential learning applications in lower and upper division business communication classes.
Regularly engage in professional development activities.
Experience working in a business communication center or similar.
Experience teaching business communication courses virtually or in-person to international students.
