Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Marketing Digital pour notre département Business Development ayant pour mission principale dâTMaccompagner les clients internes dans la définition et le déploiement du plan dâTMaction marketing et de communication externe.

Rattaché(e) au Digital Marketing Manager, vous travaillez en coordination avec les autres membres du département Marketing, Communication et Research, ainsi que les différentes lignes de services de la société. Vous avez pour missions de générer des opportunités commerciales pour les équipes Sales à travers la génération de leads et de développer la notoriété de marque et de recommandation à travers la promotion des offres de services et contenus Thought Leadership auprès des Prospects et Clients.

Vous interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes :

Marketing digital

  • Mise à jour de nos sites internet et nos Landing Pages en langue française et anglaise.
  • Participation active à la création de contenus variés (infographies, guides pratiques, checklists, etc.) et dâTMarticles blog en immobilier dâTMentreprise en faveur de notre référencement naturel.
  • Suivi des avis clients et de la présence digitale locale des bureaux Cushman & Wakefield en France via la solution Uberall.
  • Support de la relation avec les agences de référencement externe (comités de rédaction de contenus optimisés pour le SEO, suivi des planning éditoriaux, intégration des optimisations proposées, suivi des KPis â¦).
  • Mise en Å"uvre et suivi de campagnes dâTMacquisition multicanale payantes, optimisation constante des performances en vue de maximiser la génération de leads marketing qualifiés.
  • Production des tableaux de bord de suivi des performances, des analyses et recommandations liées.

Campagnes email marketing

  • Construction des campagnes de communication email B2B administrées via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (newsletters, emailings, scénarios de marketing automation) : définition et enrichissement des audiences, création des templates de message, gestion de la programmation et de lâTMenvoi, transmission des reportings et tableaux de bord des indicateurs de performance, gestion des adresses soft/hard bounces pour assurer un nettoyage permanent des bases de contacts (import / export de contacts réguliers).
  • Force de proposition auprès des forces commerciales dans la création de la stratégie marketing dédiée à la commercialisation des actifs immobiliers.
  • Mise en place dâTMAB test : dâTMaudience, dâTMobjet, de mise en forme, de contenu.
  • Reporting mensuel des communications CRM et partage des insights.
  • Collaboration avec notre équipe Digital Marketing et Design Brand EMEA pour la production des contenus visuels des campagnes marketing.
  • Veille des tendances métier et bonnes pratiques sur le sujet du Marketing Automation et de lâTMABM.

Profil recherché

Expérience & Formation :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) dâTMun Bac +5 et disposez dâTMau moins 3 ans dâTMexpérience dans une fonction similaire dans des univers détenant une base clients significative.
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans le secteur du B2B et / ou dans le secteur de lâTMimmobilier.
  • Vous avez déjà piloté et participé opérationnellement à la construction de stratégies dâTMacquisition de leads multi-canal (dispositifs inbound).
  • Vous avez déjà mis en place ou participé opérationnellement à la construction de stratégies de prospection digitale (dispositifs outbound).

Compétences & qualités :

  • Autonomie, rigueur, capacité dâTMorganisation, dâTManalyse et de synthèse.
  • Qualité relationnelle, aptitude à gérer, communiquer et travailler en équipe.
  • Forte appétence pour lâTMexpérience client.
  • Créatif(ve) et astucieux(se) pour trouver des solutions et avancer malgré la complexité.
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives et force de proposition.
  • Vous avez de bonnes bases des langages de programmation CSS et HTML.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des outils de suivi analytiques (Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console â¦).
  • Un bon sens du design et une connaissance des fondamentaux de Photoshop et des logiciels de conception graphique.
  • La maîtrise de lâTManglais est obligatoire.
