Manufacturing plant accounting and chemical industry experience.Experience with ERP Systems.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingEnsure compliance with accounting principles and company policiesManage the month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsConduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementPerform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesDirect multiple billing and collectionMonthly financial statement and account analysisDevelop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelinesAchieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling and analysisPrepare annual operating planQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)A/R and A/PGAAP knowledgeManufacturing plant accounting and chemical industry experience.Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting.ERP systemsProven experience as a Controller or similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingExperience with balance sheet reconciliation, debits/credits, and general ledger accountingDetail and deadline-orientedStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to work under pressureBenefits:A positive workplace cultureCompetitive SalaryCareer Advancement opportunitiesFinancial GrowthSalary Range:
