The family is looking for you to have you own private bedroom and bathroom in a house across the street from the pacific ocean at the beach in sunny Southern California.

You will have access to a new car and all the amenities of a house. A single elderly female will live at the house with you in which we need you to watch. She is very capable and needs only a friend of Companionship and conversation, Walks and outings, Driving, Errands/Shopping, . The elderly lady can even cook for you.
