Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Implement and oversee comprehensive quality assurance programs tailored to onshore wind projects. Ensure all phases of the project comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Quality Control Oversight: Conduct systematic inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality specifications. Address any non-conformities by coordinating effective corrective actions.
  • Documentation Control: Maintain meticulous records of quality control procedures, audits, and corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports that meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce stringent health and safety practices on-site, ensuring all team members and operations adhere to local and national safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of quality assurance and control experience in wind energy projects, with demonstrated success in managing project quality.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Certifications: Possession of all relevant Health & Safety qualifications; additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) are highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Proficiency in using quality management software is essential.
Compensation

This role offers an hourly wage of $60 to $80, based on experience and qualifications. It is an excellent opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy initiatives while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
