Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the Army's and/or DoD's Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)efforts focused in the areas of data, software, and Reference Architectures.
Lead in the planning and implementation of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA).Provide Enterprise Software Architecture advice, recommendations and subject matter expertise to internal leaders and external stakeholders on matters of modern software practices to meet Army Digital Transformation Initiatives.
Serve as a senior technical expert and Command representative in the area of enterprise architecture/enterprise systems.Coordinate with internal and external customers to assure total systems and software integration capabilities; and/or to present findings and recommendations to all levels, justify and defend decisions and recommendations.
