Ecommerce Sorter and Shipper

We are a small, but up and coming startup in the sports card industry seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Sorter and Shipper to join our team.

If you love sports cards, have a keen attention to detail, work efficiently, and possess a curious mind, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

THIS IS A GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Job Responsibilities:

Perform selling fulfillment duties, including picking and packaging orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail when picking orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Identify and investigate any order errors, promptly resolving any issues that may arise.

Ship orders in a timely manner, adhering to shipping guidelines and procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to customer inquiries or concerns.

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, offering suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Learn and apply digital marketing and eCommerce strategies to optimize sales and customer engagement.

Assist with inventory management and organization to ensure accurate stock levels.

Qualifications:

Passion for sports cards and knowledge of the industry.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within set timeframes.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop skills in digital marketing and eCommerce.

Common sense approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think logically and make sound decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a similar role or eCommerce environment is a plus.

Compensation:

$15 per hour
