Position Summary: The Dermatologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, performing dermatologic procedures, and providing personalized care to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and dermatologic assessments.
• Diagnose and treat various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and skin infections.
• Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and families about skin care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advancements in dermatology through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Dermatology.
• Board certification in Dermatology.
• Current state medical license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in dermatology.
• Proficiency in performing dermatologic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in academic or clinical research.
• Additional certifications or specializations in dermatology.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
