COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION-SUPERINTENDENT

An established, reputable, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Superintendent (Heavy Industrial) to their team immediately.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Strong understanding of civil/site, architectural/finish, mechanical and electrical work

·Must have understanding of civil/site, architectural/finish, mechanical and electrical work

· Minimum of 8+ years' experience as a Superintendent on Industrial projects, leading large, multi-union crews

· Must have a 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience

· Ability to manage and run projects $5M+

· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, and methods), craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules, and safety

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
