Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for
performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair
and maintain production equipment and facilities essential for the
optimal operation of the company.

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as well as scheduled maintenance
repairs of production equipment.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required
maintenance and service.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any
unusual situations to the department supervisor.

Install and repair a wide variety of electrical equipment.

Maintains and repairs facility plumbing and electrical systems,
including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow
prescribed safety procedures.

May perform other duties as assigned.
