The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
Respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy and cleaning schedules.
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a supervisory role in a hotel housekeeping department
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
