The complexity of cases will gradually increase (phase up in acuity)You should be comfortable handling a full scope of practice.

Call Schedule:
Call is mandatory
In-house call:
1 OB CRNA, 1 Trauma CRNA, and 1 Anesthesiologist.
Back-up call from home with 1 CRNA and another Anesthesiologist (opposite of the in-house doc).In-house call pays regular hourly, and backup call from home is a pager rate, including a 3-hour guarantee, whether it's a weekday or weekend.
