Manager of Student Affairs Opportunity

Are you passionate about student success and looking to make a positive impact in the field of student affairs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Student Affairs to lead and coordinate operations for the Student Affairs Office in the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program. In this role, you will oversee a team, provide guidance on policies and procedures, and implement strategic solutions to enhance student engagement and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of advisors and support staff
  • Manage student support services and program operations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of student services
  • Coordinate special events and programs
  • Enhance student academic progression through effective resources and interventions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or master's degree and at least four years of experience
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in student affairs within higher education
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups
