Responsibilities:

THE DETAILS
  • Ensure high-quality patient care services.
  • Conduct direct patient care, including evaluation of various physical problems.
  • Support multidisciplinary treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
  • Adhere to quality assurance policies, regulations, and corporate standards.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, medical personnel, and patients.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Design and implement physical therapy programs for patients' recovery.
  • Educate patients on proper care and exercises.
  • Collaborate with physicians for comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in professional development and quality management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
  • New graduate to five years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
  • Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality and Attention to Detail.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and time management.
  • Knowledge of safety hazards and medical quality control standards.
