St. Martin's-in-the-Field Episcopal School is an accredited, co-educational independent day school in Severna Park, MD, enrolling students (Preschool-8th). St. Martin's seeks a new Middle School Coordinator for the school year. The ideal candidate will be both a flexible self-starter and a collaborator who thrives working in a small organization and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities of varied size and scope. The School includes three divisions--Preschool, Lower School, Middle School--each respecting the developmental stages of its students and contributing to the holistic education of students ages 3 through 15. The middle grades team is strong and committed, and small class sizes coupled with a rich program allow for differentiation and great student engagement across academics, athletics, and the arts.
