  • Are an aspiring Data Scientist ready to dive into data lakes and emerge with pearls of insights.
  • Work closely with the CTO to influence technical product decisions and business goals.
  • Have professional programming experience— we're thinking 1-3 years but we're open to individuals with internship experience and candidates interested in contracting roles.
  • Demonstrate a solid foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning models, and data visualization techniques.
  • Thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic actions.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Value clarity in communication, making complex data understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Are driven by the impact of their work, aiming to enhance both user experiences and business outcomes through data.
  • Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to solve critical business problems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into our products and services.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover underlying patterns, correlations, and trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
  • Contribute to the development of our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our data science methodologies and practices.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our offerings.
  • Proficiency in pertinent programming languages (e.g., Python/Mojo, R) and query languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action.
  • Keep pace with the evolving data science landscape, eager to explore new tools and techniques.
