Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Active, clear LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with family counseling.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.

Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
This is a W2 position.
We provide full credentialing service, and we will take care of everything.

Two years of clinical experience.
A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
