\tYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r

\tThe primary responsibilities of this role are to: \r
\r
\t \r
\r
\t\r
\t\tAssist with documentation of operational processes within the Manufacturing Excellence Function Visit and keep track of the production fields at every phenological stage;\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport field activities including:
timely stock seeds (SS) shipment to grower and SS reconciliation, trial coordination, rouging, disease and weed scouting, pollination, harvesting, threshing,drying, and delivery from grower to processing facility;\r
\t\r
\t\tComplete data validation and SAP reports to support global and regional operation's needs; including equipment run time, sustainability data and plant scheduling needs;\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport quality and HSE functions to drive key programs and targeted metrics;\r
\t\r
\t\tCollaborate with cross functional regional teams and global teams to identify opportunities for improvement and work with team to implement solutions;\r
\t\r
\t\tCooperate with Crop Specialist, Field Quality and Production Research personnel to identify, develop and implement projects to improve reliability, quality, and/or cost;\r
\t\r
\t\tWork with global and regional teams on business initiatives, standardization, optimization projects,etc.\r
\r

\t\tCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Agricultural related field;\r

\t\tValid driver's license and personal transportation to and from the worksite, as most of the work locations are situated in areas with no public transportation available;\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to build relationships and work well in a team based environment;\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;\r
\t\r
\t\tSelf motivated with a strong results orientation;\r
\t\r
\t\tDemonstrated ability to manage a deadline while being able to focus on details;\r
\t\r
\t\tStrong problem solving skills and an ability to organize (thoughts, data, etc)\r
\t\r
\t\tExcellent computer skills related to data acquisition and record keeping\r
\t\r
\t\tDemonstrated leadership ability\r
