- Practice Setting: OBGYN-Labor and Delivery /Hospital ED and OR Coverage
- No outpatient or elective surgeries
- Total Number of Beds: 16 beds- 6 labor/10 postpartum
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 4
- Other OB/GYNs will provide coverage during Locums coverage dates

- Office Equipment: Full complement of supplies
- Support Staff: Full complement-RN, CNM's, 24 hour Peds, Anesthesia and surgical PA's available on site

Required Obstetrics Procedures:
- Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.)
- FHR Interpretation – NST/CST/FSE,OB ultrasounds
- Performance of Interpretation,OB ultrasounds
- Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:
- Routine Delivery –Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section,Complicated Delivery –C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.,VBAC's,Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
Gynecology Required Procedures :
- D&C,Surgical Gynecology – Open,Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation
- LOA's, Chromal Tubation,Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) – Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA's
