CAHRA is a nonprofit Community Action organization with 43 years of helping limited income individuals and families with basic needs.

Services include utility assistance, eviction prevention, services for the homeless, home repair and weatherization for homeowners.

Our mission is CAHRA is a private, non-profit corporation providing for the identified needs of people and communities of Pinal County.

CAHRA builds firm foundations in partnerships with communities by simulating family cohesiveness and self-reliance.

CAHRA is seeking an exceptional leader to drive our mission forward as the next Executive Director.

As Executive Director, you will bring strategic vision, leadership expertise, and a passion for our cause. You will oversee daily operations, lead our talented team, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, funders, donors, and partners.

As Executive Director, your responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans. Manage budget and operations. Lead and mentor staff. Drive fundraising and development efforts. Continue work with community partnerships. Represent the organization in public forums.

Must possess a B.A./B.S., Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Community/Human Services area preferred.

At least five (5) years' experience in progressively responsible work experience in administration, or a community action, human/social services or related organization, preferably with proven abilities to relate effectively with low-income families, other families, other community agencies and units of local, state, and federal governments.
