Duties
  • Assists staff in determining priorities and ensures adequacy of project plans; technical proposals; and the analysis, design, testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of software and systems.
  • Performs studies to monitor and improve or enhance a major finance and/or accounting automated information system.
  • Assists in the administration of contracts and provides input into development of statements of work, establishment of project objectives and project plans, evaluates technical proposals, and monitors contractor's work performance.
  • The incumbent provides authoritative interpretations of systems and software lifecycle management procedures for use by management and other IT specialists.
