Need 8 Welder/Fitters for awarded work

6 Welders

2 Fitters

Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years Welding in a Steel Fabrication Environment
  • 3-4 Years experience fitting
  • Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
  • Must Be Able to Stand for 8+ Hours a Day, usual day is 9 hours
  • Ability to Lift 65 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.

Ability to:

  • Understand, Follow and Transmit Written and Oral Instructions
  • Understand and Execute Drawings
  • Adhere to Safe Use of Equipment and Tools
  • Consistently Meet Dependable Schedule and Attendance
  • Consistently At Work On-Time
  • Ability to Work Overtime, Weekly Average 50 Hours
  • May Include Limited Nights and Weekends
  • Must Pass Required Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • Must be Drug-Free
  • Must be Marijuana Free
  • Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Issued Driver's License
  • Must Be Able to Work on Teams
  • Willingness To be A Positive Contributor
  • Adhere to Safe/Healthy Work Environment Practices.
  • Adhere to Red Dog Steel Fabrication Policies and Procedures

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Consistent, On Time, Attendance History
  • Interest in Stable Environment with Long Term Opportunities.
  • Can Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

Job Type:
Full-Time

Salary:
$ $32 Per Hour Based Upon Certification, Skills, and Experience

Schedule:
o Monday Through Friday

o Normal Shop Hours 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

o Possible Swing Shift 4 PM - 12 PM

o 8- and 10- Hour Shifts, Normal is 9

o Required Overtime as Needed, Adjusted to Needs of Business

o Occasional Saturdays
