Offering Retention/Production Bonus's Need 8 Welder/Fitters for awarded work
6 Welders
2 Fitters
Requirements:
- 2-4 Years Welding in a Steel Fabrication Environment
- 3-4 Years experience fitting
- Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
- Must Be Able to Stand for 8+ Hours a Day, usual day is 9 hours
- Ability to Lift 65 lbs.
- Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.
Ability to:
- Understand, Follow and Transmit Written and Oral Instructions
- Understand and Execute Drawings
- Adhere to Safe Use of Equipment and Tools
- Consistently Meet Dependable Schedule and Attendance
- Consistently At Work On-Time
- Ability to Work Overtime, Weekly Average 50 Hours
- May Include Limited Nights and Weekends
- Must Pass Required Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Must be Drug-Free
- Must be Marijuana Free
- Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Issued Driver's License
- Must Be Able to Work on Teams
- Willingness To be A Positive Contributor
- Adhere to Safe/Healthy Work Environment Practices.
- Adhere to Red Dog Steel Fabrication Policies and Procedures

- Consistent, On Time, Attendance History

Full-Time
Salary:
$ $32 Per Hour Based Upon Certification, Skills, and Experience
Schedule:
o Monday Through Friday
o Normal Shop Hours 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
o Possible Swing Shift 4 PM - 12 PM
o 8- and 10- Hour Shifts, Normal is 9
o Required Overtime as Needed, Adjusted to Needs of Business
o Occasional Saturdays
