Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
Managing employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive work environment

Finance:
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, vendor management and collections
Conducting financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Assisting with financial audits and ensuring adherence to accounting standards
Assist CPA with annual and quarterly filing requirements
Ensure financial statements are up to date and accurate weekly

2+ years of experience executing responsibilities similar to those listed above
Have a track record of success in a similar role
Experienced with MS Office, Google Docs, Quickbooks; Service Titan a PLUS
