This role will support the USAF in streamlining and accellerating processes utilizing Agile methodologies and the Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Position Expectations:

Perform all required responsibilities and duties in accordance with LMI policiesActively engage in your role, make informed decisions, be accountable for all outcomes, and be a positive influence and LMI ambassadorDeliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, partners, teammatesProvide leadership to employees to support optimal performanceContribute to the programs and initiatives designed to advance company strategic prioritiesDuties: Manage installing and configuring, administering, and integrating Jira and Confluence productsWork with various teams to identify procedural efficiencies with workflows, custom fields, and other requirementsTransfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve processes, and become more effective in their roles by increasing outcomes, collaboration, and quality practicesCommunicate effectively when reviewing customer requirements to be translated into technical requirementsWork in agile software development where work is managed in development sprints including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint execution, deployments and sprint retrospectivesWork with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Teams and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practicesEnsure proper use and reporting of SBIR technologies as required on projects. This may include direct support for scenario input and/or analysis recommendations, documentation of use cases, identifying capability gaps, and providing recommendations for future enhancementAdditional duties' as assignedQualificationsRequired Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field10+ years' experience in fieldProven experience using/administering Atlassian products (knowledge on Jira and Confluence)Expertise on building collaboration spaces in Jira and ConfluenceProven ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JiraLMI may choose to substitute education with relevant experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldAtlassian Certified Expert11+ years' hands-on experience configuring, installing, administering, and integrating Jira projects and ConfluenceAdvanced industry recognized certifications related to Agile preferred; Agile SAFe certificationFamiliarity with User Experience (Ux), Customer Experience (Cx), and/or Human entered Design (HCD) work
