- Full-time
- Monday-Friday, Flexible daily schedule
- Telephone call Monday through Friday 7a-7p with no requirement to return to facility.
- Ability to set up daily start time.
- Board certification required
- Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $145,000 to $160,00 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
- Benefit eligible (health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k w/match, CME, paid time off).
Responsibilities
- Perform primary care in a skilled nursing facility setting for short-term and long-term patients
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Order and interpret lab results
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related
- Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Promote healthy lifestyle changes
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in primary care
- Post-acute care experience a plus but not required
- Active and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of Washington
- Active and unrestricted DEA for the state of Washington
