Responsibilities:
Handles all shipping and receiving for the facility and responsible forplacing all incoming items in appropriate storage areas.Reads customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.Picks required products for orders while verifying for accuracy.Tracks inbound items stored in the warehouse.Marks materials with identifying information using appropriate method.Organizes and maintains orderly warehouse and work area. Keeps work areas clean at all times as defined in the Operations Manual.Follows all safety policies and procedures. Wears proper safety equipment.Processes all internal and external customer requests in a professional and confidential manner.Provides overall warehouse support to the Operating Segment, Franchisees, Real Estate Segment, and the external customer.Serves as a secondary contact for Warehouse & Fulfillment requests and inquiries.Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
